Rewards
When you read Yoga and Your Hidden Soul Power each of the five sections (Niyamas) has a personal worksheet. You receive 1,000 Dharma Points when you complete a worksheet. You can then redeem your Dharma Points for products and services here.
To receive your rewards you send an email to [email protected] saying what worksheet you have completed and you will receive a reply with a menu of inspirational items for you to choose from. Examples of rewards you can choose from include:
